Jane Davis
President/CEO
As Chief Executive Officer, Jane leads a workforce of 1200 and is responsible for creating a culture of continuous improvement promoting health and safety, appropriate risk management, commitment to quality services and strategic objectives to advance and expand services. Jane leads the senior management team in establishing business plans, and innovative Information Technology initiatives to drive quality, efficiency, growth and process improvement. She is a committed leader and ally of DEIB initiatives and consistently works to find solutions that drive industry change. Jane joined Ability Beyond in 1990 and has worked in virtually every role within the organization as a passionate advocate for people with disabilities. She holds a master’s degree in Organization Leadership from Quinnipiac University, and an undergraduate degree from Western Connecticut State University, and is a member of numerous industry associations.
Lori I. Pasqualini
Chief Financial & Administrative Officer
As Vice President, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, Lori is responsible for all fiscal responsibilities ranging from strategic financial planning, capital planning, maintaining banking and lending relationships, and managing government funding supporting Ability Beyond. In addition, Lori is responsible for setting the strategic direction for our Workforce and Human Resource needs. Prior to joining the organization in 1995, Lori worked in the Health Care Practice of Deloitte and Touche as an auditor in Boston, and Bridgeport Hospital as the Director of Reimbursement. A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Tracy L. Conte
Vice President, Development & Community Engagement
Tracy joined Ability Beyond in 2018 to lead fundraising, communications and external affairs. She is responsible for developing strategic fundraising plans and communications to advance the organization in the communities it serves. Her career spans more than 25 years, including work at New York School for the Deaf, The White Plains Public Library, and with KG&D Architects, PC, a leading design firm specializing in large scale school, university, non-profit and community facilities. Before joining Ability Beyond, Tracy was the Vice President for Development & Marketing at NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital where she led a successful capital campaign for major construction and services expansion, all marketing and public relations initiatives including a hospital name change and rebrand, as well as internal and external communications throughout the hospital’s merger and integration into the NYP healthcare system. Tracy holds a BA in Literature from The State University of New York, Purchase College, is an ally of Ability Beyond’s Breathe Equality employee resource group, and is a member and past board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Jenifer Beaudean-White
Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Jenny Beaudean-White is Vice President and CHRO at Ability Beyond. She leads the organization in providing a unique, meaningful employee experience to those that join the team. Jenny brings to Human Resources a diverse background, and over twenty years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Management, and Leadership Coaching. Jenny is a 1991 West Point graduate, and served as an officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers at Fort Hood, Texas. She holds an MBA from University of Michigan Business School, and earned her executive coaching certification at Columbia University.
